Description

Letterbox is a feedback platform that facilitates easy dialogue between organisations and their customers. These “letterboxes” are accessible to the public, who can post compliments, complaints and suggestions directly to the establishment. The Letterbox team consists of three honours Computer Science students who have been developing the platform since June 2017.

They have developed a web-app, an Android app and an iOS app all sharing the same high-speed real-time database. “We have benefited greatly from the access to office space on campus, and the business support,” said CEO of Letterbox, Ngonidzashe Mujuru.
